Welcome to EDUTECA. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, eCommerce platform, and affiliated marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon) within the UAE and GCC. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
General Terms
EDUTECA may update content, change offerings, refuse service, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice. Product availability and terms may change.
Eligibility
Users must be 18+ or have parental supervision to browse or purchase. You are responsible for your account and any activity under it.
Product Info & Pricing
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and pricing, but occasional errors may occur. EDUTECA reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel or adjust orders if necessary.
Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed upon acceptance. We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfers
- Cash on Delivery (UAE only)
Custom or B2B orders may require written quote approval.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across the UAE and selected GCC countries. Estimated timelines:
- UAE: 2–7 business days
- GCC: 7–14 business days
Delays may occur due to logistics or customs.
Returns & Refunds
Returnable: Non-custom items within 7 days, unused & in original packaging.
Non-returnable: Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items.
Refunds: Processed within 7 working days after item inspection.
Warranty
All products include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Not covered: misuse, wear and tear, or improper assembly.
Intellectual Property
All content—logos, images, product designs, and text—belongs to EDUTECA or partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, EDUTECA is not liable for incidental or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the product’s purchase value.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts.
External Marketplaces
Orders made via Amazon, Noon, or other platforms follow their own policies. EDUTECA is not liable for errors or delays caused by third-party systems.
