General Terms
Welcome to EDUTECA. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.eduteca.ae, purchases from EDUTECA, and our design, customization, project, delivery and installation services. By using our website, placing an order, approving a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Services
EDUTECA supplies children’s play and activity products, including soft play, climbing products, wall bars, playroom equipment, personalized products and related accessories. We also provide services including E-Design, playroom and bedroom design, commercial play-space planning, customization, supply, delivery, assembly and installation where applicable. We serve residential customers and commercial clients including nurseries, schools, early-learning centers, therapy spaces, hotels, designers, consultants, contractors and developers. Specific quotations, invoices, project agreements, warranty documents or approved specifications may contain additional terms. Where they differ from these general Terms, the specific written terms for that order or project will apply, subject to applicable law.
Orders and Payments
Orders are subject to availability, payment confirmation and acceptance by EDUTECA. Prices are generally shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Applicable VAT, delivery, installation or other charges will be shown or communicated where relevant. For custom, commercial, bulk or project orders, deposits and payment schedules may be stated separately in the applicable quotation or invoice. EDUTECA may correct genuine pricing, specification or availability errors before an order is finally accepted.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, materials and specifications are accurate. Minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, natural materials, handcrafted production or product improvements. Lifestyle images and renderings may contain accessories or décor that are not included unless specifically stated. Where exact dimensions are important, customers should verify them before ordering or installation.
Customized and Made-to-Order Products
Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, dimensions, colors, artwork and other customization details before approval. Once design, procurement or production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible and additional charges may apply. Customized, personalized and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by applicable law. Where information relating to a child is provided for personalization, the person submitting it confirms that they are the parent, legal guardian or otherwise authorized to provide it
Design and Project Services
The scope of EDUTECA design services is determined by the selected package, quotation or project agreement. Where a service relies on measurements, photographs, drawings or information supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for ensuring that information is accurate. 3D renderings, mood boards and visualizations are intended to communicate design concepts and may differ slightly from the completed space. Unless specifically included in writing, EDUTECA design services do not replace structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, fire-safety or other specialist professional approvals. Changes requested after design approval may affect price and completion time
Delivery and GCC Orders
EDUTECA delivers throughout the UAE and may serve selected GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed contractual dates. Customized, imported, bulk and project orders may require longer lead times. For GCC deliveries, customs duties, taxes or clearance charges may apply unless expressly included in our quotation
Site Access and Installation
Customers must ensure that delivery and installation areas are accessible, clear and reasonably ready on the agreed date. Products requiring wall, ceiling or structural fixing must be installed on suitable supporting structures using appropriate fixings. Customers must disclose known concealed electrical, plumbing, AC or other services that could affect installation. EDUTECA may postpone or refuse installation where site conditions appear unsuitable or unsafe. Where installation is performed by an independent third party, that party is responsible for its workmanship and correct installation
Product Safety
EDUTECA products must be used for their intended purpose and according to applicable age recommendations, weight limits and safety instructions. Appropriate adult supervision is required for children using active-play equipment, including climbing walls, wall bars, swings, balance equipment and similar products. Products should be inspected periodically. Damaged or potentially unsafe equipment should not be used until repaired or replaced.
Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, eligible non-customized products may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, complete and in resellable condition. Change-of-mind return delivery costs are normally the customer’s responsibility. Customized and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable for change of mind. Defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE law. Warranty
Warranty periods vary by product and intended use. The applicable warranty is the warranty stated on the relevant product page, quotation, invoice or warranty document. Unless otherwise stated, warranties cover qualifying manufacturing defects under normal and intended use. Warranty coverage generally does not include normal wear, misuse, overloading, accidents, unauthorized modifications, incorrect maintenance or improper third-party installation. Nothing in our warranty terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Commercial and Trade Orders
Commercial, institutional, bulk and Trade Program orders may be subject to specific pricing, payment, production, delivery, return and warranty conditions. Where such terms are included in an approved quotation or project agreement, they apply to that order.
Intellectual Property
The EDUTECA website, branding, product photography, graphics, text, videos, drawings, renderings, layouts and other original content are owned by or licensed to EDUTECA unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced, commercially exploited or used for unrelated projects without written authorization. Design-service clients may use final approved deliverables for the specific project for which they were supplied.

Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, EDUTECA is not responsible for loss or damage arising directly from misuse, unauthorized modification, use contrary to instructions, unsuitable supporting structures, incorrect installation by independent third parties or materially inaccurate customer-supplied project information.
Force Majeure
EDUTECA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including major transportation disruption, customs delays, government restrictions, natural events, supplier interruption or similar circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection right available under applicable law
